2009 User Group Conference planned for October 21 - 23, in Nashville, TN

Each year the Customer Conference brings together staff, customers and business partners from around North America and is an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas, solutions and best-practices.

The 2009 Conference will include many in-depth, informative sessions and our experienced Support Professionals will be on hand to provide one-on-one assistance at our Harris Support Center. The Harris Partner Showcase will provide our customers with a relaxed environment in which to explore the various types of products and services offered and
how they might benefit their respective rganizations.
Our primary focus this year will be on the customer experience.

The conference has been designed around our customer’s business needs and expectations.
The 2009 Customer Conference will be held at Opryland Resort & Convention Center and will introduce you to some of the latest innovations we have to offer. The workshops and seminars will offer attendees the opportunity to share information, network and form valuable support groups.

Conference sessions will begin on Wednesday,
October 21, 2009 and conclude on Friday, October 23, 2009.
